Hi there everyone, sooo wots been happenin' eh?
not much really for me, been pretty chilled out lately, but once my new camera comes, it'll be all go i hope. I really hope i can work the damb thing.
So who out there wants to pose for my portrait pics? any volunteers eh? i'll make u like pretty/handsome, i promise, photoshop is a wonderful tool ;-)

well i've done it, bitten the bullet, and bought this camera .....do your like?
Joanne Ham, i must apologise for turning my back on the canon, but i didn't like the Screen on it lol...and i see the sony has some great lenses coming out for it soon. At the end of the day, i've never had an SLR so anything is gonna impress me..i'll b gettin it on tues hopefully, god i'm not gonna have a clue, i'll b tampering with it for hours!

well i enrolled for a course today..GCSE digital photography, actually looking forward to it, especially because Tina will be joining me. should be great craic if nothing else. i'm really excited about gettin a great portfolio together. i'm sure when there's a project involved i'll put 100% effort in! it is saturday mornings tho..ohh the wine consumption on fri night is ruined hehe!
just worried about the state of my camera now..i'd love to go out and spend a fortune on a top notch one...BUT alas, the pennies! Anyway the pro. can work with many a tool..one will not blame my shoddy equipment!

Isn't it amazing when you get a compliment, completely makes your day!
Someone who hasn't seen me in about 8 years told me i look fabulous today, i didn't know where to look. Ok ok granted it was from my... i'd say 60 year old school technology teacher, and unfortunately not from some hot 26 year old. Still a compliment is a compliment and i'm goin' about with a smile on my face today!
so what i'm saying is, go on compliment somone today, its not hard to do, and you'll put a smile on someones face!

Dammit the weekend is nearly over!

Well here we are on sunday, counting down the hours until the alarm clock goes off, ohh hum drum!
so everyone put their hand up that has sent a drunken txt on a night out, then woke up traumatised the nxt day as u've realiased what a plank u've been????
i'm not going into any detail, but lets just say the number is now deleted from my phone. i dont really regret what i wrote, i must have meant it, but i do hate the fact that i just sent it in the first place, such a fool..

Yeeoooooooooooo is all i have to say,
the weekend is here, i got paid and i'm gonna spend the lot, lol not really i'll spend a wee bit tho!
how scary is it that the weeks are bombin' it by, i dont wanna b old and have worse memory loss than i already have.
full weekend ahead, goin out sat as usual, but tonight i'm goin' out with halifax ones. yes i am aware i left there a few weeks back, but i'm gonna make a special appearance at their end of training celebrations!
its gonna b a large one, so is the weekend, and it will be over in a blink as usual!

So its Tuesday.....

Hey,
I hate Tuesdays, Mondays always go in fast for some reason, wednesdays yay its the middle of the working week, Thurdays oooh look i spy the weekend, the tingles are coming. Then ofcourse Friday, the form is on top, and the drinkin' is only hours away! Tuesdays however, arent they just blah, not at the start not at the middle, just dull old tuesdays!...wot can i do to make my tuesdays more fun???

so my new job is goin' pretty well, the day absolutely bombs it in cos i've got plenty to do. we made up a job title for me today, which isn't really apt yet, but still i think it sounds pretty cool: internal sales co-ordinator! i'm quite scared lol..i sent out emails today lookin' for custom, and i'll shit myself, if any of them phone hehe, i've only been in the job 2 days, one will have to do a bit of blaggin!!
cant wait for the weekend to begin...wow, i have no money tho...and wha....bring on the savings!!!

well i actually can't think of much to say, i wish i was was one of those witty people that can tell funny stories, but alas, i just get laughed at ;-)
so the form is good, startin' a new job tomoro, and i'm actually lookin' forward to getting stuck in. i even bought myself a new diary to appear professional, either that or i'll be the complete dork of the workplace hehe!
i'm soo skint right now i'm dyin' for a pay cheque...still i'm goin' out this sat with the old GAME crew, well as many of them that can make it, i'm gonna go crazzzzyy, as long as someone else buys me the drink! any random strangers readin', do drop me a line, buy me a drink we'll have a blast!....

Bye Bye Halifax

so i stayed with halifax three weeks and then called it a day ;-)
not saying that i hated it, i didn't even get a chance to speak to a real customer....its just another opportunity came up, and one felt like grabbin' it!
i never wanted to go to another call centre, i just wanted out of the spide hole that i was in, so i used halifax as a stepping stone. now i'm due to start with stephen in his family engineering company this wed...so fingers crossed i can prove myself, and become slightly valuable!!!!

attention span

hey,
has anyone else noticed as you get older the attention span severely shortens...mine is atrocious (is that spelt right)!
my new job is borin' the tits off me, it feels like i am back at school, and the attention span was never good then either.
its just a case of, if whatever u are tellin' me isn't expremely interesting, i just cant be bothered! lifes too short to be sitting listening to someone at the front of the room goin' blah blah blah blah, do y'all hear me!!! then again, we all gotta make money and have some sort of life, therefore we all gotta suck it up, get on with it and quit bitchin' things could ALWAYS be worse!

Candles

i've decided i'm goin' into the candle making business, (idea stolen from my sis in law)
there's this new craze in america i hear more than here, soy wax candles, more enviro friendly, easy to clean up spillages etc blah blah..
so, i've bought the wax, the wicks, and the moulds! just waiting on my fragrances coming through...anyone have any requests, i've orderd lemon meringue pie so far! hmmmm
taking orders now! well no in a wee while, once i work out wot i'm doin! i have to find out how to pour the wax in without it all falling out the other end doh!

Happy Friday

So the first week of the new job is over...
lookin' back it pretty much flew in!
well it certainly wasn't as bad as i expected it to be, for starters i got there a lot quicker than i expected, infact i was 40 mins early hehe..
the company is a hell of a lot more organised, and put together than were i came from thats for sure.
granted the work will prob do my head, (soo much to learn, shittin' it about talkin to the customers, and i never thought i'd feel like that) i dont really wanna think if i'm goin' down the right path or not etc. just yet, i'm just pleased i seem to have landed in with a bunch of pretty decent people, not one arse in the group, or one spide or millie in sight! i do not regret the move for a second, even if it gets crazy in halifax, nothin' will b worse than HCL!
i think i got very very lucky with the group, but i guess there's time for us to all hate each other!
hope everyone is well, and the weekend brings fun and frolics!

Sunday Boredom

SO hands up who got burnt over the weekend....i did i did!
isn't it hilarious how everyone goes crazy here when there's a bit of sunshine!! girls are out in portrush with bikini's, baby oil, and tin foil reflective type surfaces...fools, u might as well step in the oven, and get someone to baste u every hour! hehe
anyway, so i start my new job tomorrow, dont know how i'm feelin about it, ask me in a few months maybe, see how i've settled. i just have this thought at the back of my mind....why are you goin' into something u have absolutely no interest in lol..it doesn't help having been off for a week, routine and order just isn't that appealing, compared to corona bbq's and pictionary lol!
