so i stayed with halifax three weeks and then called it a day ;-)
not saying that i hated it, i didn't even get a chance to speak to a real customer....its just another opportunity came up, and one felt like grabbin' it!
i never wanted to go to another call centre, i just wanted out of the spide hole that i was in, so i used halifax as a stepping stone. now i'm due to start with stephen in his family engineering company this wed...so fingers crossed i can prove myself, and become slightly valuable!!!!

Well done you, it took me nearly 15 months to escape from call centre / banking hell. The only way is up Kaz.
And consider yourself fortunate that you didn't have to deal with any customers, they're all bastards anyway.
